Design, manufacture and installation of Sunsmart billboard

Aluminium pegs, plywood


Clemenger BBDO needed someone to bring their remarkable concept to life. The shadows created by 5,500 pegs of varying lengths ‘aged’ the billboard image. With the creative team, we worked out the correct height and placement for all the pegs. We then made the pegs from aluminium and manually hammered them in.

 

The 6m x 3m billboard won an international design award.
